To me, pretty is something that makes me smile a little inside and invites me to come closer.
Beautiful is something that stuns me and makes me just want to stare with my mouth hanging open.
Pretty are the new spring leaves coming out on the trees around the town, and beautiful is the Grand Canyon. Pretty makes me want to impress... while beautiful just reminds me that I am unworthy.
Give me pretty any day of the week and I'll be a happy man!
Pretty is something appealing to the eye. Beautiful is something that's so attractive, it's almost too good to be true.
